You'll use Claude to build a complete library of professional response templates covering your 10 most common customer scenarios — damaged items, late orders, refund requests, negative reviews, and more. Once set up, responding to messages takes 60 seconds instead of 5-10 minutes each.

How-To Guide: Build a Customer Service Response Library

Step 1: Open Claude and Set Context
