By the end of this guide, you'll be able to analyze 50-200 product reviews in under 10 minutes — identifying your top praise themes, complaint patterns, and specific listing or product improvements that could raise your average star rating and conversion rate.

Access to your Amazon Seller Central or Shopify reviews
20-50 reviews (minimum — more is better)

Step 1: Export your reviews

Log into Amazon Seller Central
Go to Reports → Feedback → Customer Reviews
Filter by your product ASIN and a date range (last 6-12 months works well)
Select all reviews visible and copy them — or use the copy-paste method below:
- Open your product listing on Amazon
- Click See all reviews
- Copy the review text from each page (you can do this manually for 20-30 reviews)

For Shopify: Go to Apps → your reviews app (Judge.me, Okendo, Stamped) → export CSV.
