What you'll accomplish
By the end of this guide, you'll be able to analyze 50-200 product reviews in under 10 minutes — identifying your top praise themes, complaint patterns, and specific listing or product improvements that could raise your average star rating and conversion rate.
What you'll need
For Shopify: Go to Apps → your reviews app (Judge.me, Okendo, Stamped) → export CSV.
I'm going to paste customer reviews for my [product name]. I want you to analyze them and give me:
1. Top 5 things customers love most (with examples from reviews)
2. Top 5 complaints or concerns (with examples from reviews)
3. 3 specific changes that would most improve my average rating
4. 2 phrases customers use repeatedly that I should add to my listing copy
5. Any surprising insights
Ready? Here are the reviews:
What you should see: Claude processes all reviews and provides a structured analysis within 30-60 seconds. Troubleshooting: If Claude says the input is too long (free tier has limits), split into two batches: paste first 25 reviews, then ask "What patterns do you see?" Then paste the next 25 and ask "Add these to your analysis."
What you should see: A list of verbatim phrases like "holds up after multiple washes," "thicker than expected," "arrived fast and well-packaged" — language customers actually use.
