What you'll accomplish
By the end of this guide, you'll have a Claude Project set up as your product launch assistant. When you launch a new product, you'll generate all launch content — Amazon listing, Shopify description, launch email, and ad copy — in one consistent session instead of scattered writing across a week.
What you'll need
What you should see: A new Project with a chat interface and a "Project Instructions" panel on the right
You are a copywriter for [Your Brand Name], an online store selling [product category].
Brand voice: [friendly/professional/adventurous] tone. We never use hype words like "amazing" or "best ever." We focus on real customer benefits, not just features.
Key phrases we use: [example phrases]
Key phrases to avoid: [words to avoid]
Our target customer: [e.g., outdoor enthusiasts aged 25-45 who prioritize durability over price]
What you should see: Instructions saved to the Project — every new chat in this Project starts with your brand context loaded
New product: [Product Name]
Category: [Amazon category]
Key features: [list 5-6 features]
Target keywords: [paste your Helium 10 keyword list or top 5-10 terms]
Target buyer: [describe your ideal customer]
Price point: $[price]
What you should see: A fully formatted Amazon listing — title, bullets, and description — with keywords naturally integrated
Troubleshooting: If the copy feels generic, add a line to your brand instructions: "Always use specific, concrete language. 'Keeps drinks cold for 24 hours' not 'long-lasting insulation.'"
What you should see: A Shopify-optimized description that sounds different from the Amazon version — more natural, less structured
What you should see: A complete email brief with subject line options, preview text, and body copy you can paste directly into Klaviyo
What you should see: A compact table of ad copy variations covering different angles — benefit, curiosity, and proof
Full listing: "Write a complete Amazon listing (title, 5 bullets, 300-word description) for [product]. Features: [list]. Target keywords: [list]. Buyer: [describe]."
Shopify page: "Write a Shopify product description for [product] — conversational, 200 words, include a 'Who it's for' paragraph."
Launch email: "Write a product launch email for [product]: subject line, preview text, 200-word body with CTA button text."
Ad headlines: "Write 5 Facebook ad headlines (under 40 chars) and 3 Amazon Sponsored Brand headlines for [product launch]."
